Expansion to the Emerald Grande?! What exactly is being proposed?   "A Tier 2, nine-story building including 90 multi-family short-term units, 251 hotel or condo units, and 25,001 square feet of retail space."

Although this is not a definite... what would be your thoughts to this expansion plan??
